Real representation is not about who was left out of the ‘room’ yesterday; it is about ensuring our shared values guide our collective actions to create true progress for tomorrow! My commitment to true inclusivity is deeply rooted in my own lived experience. I know the weight of these familiar challenges firsthand, and I am dedicated to ensuring accessibility , so that our diverse, intersectional community members are always empowered with a seat and a voice at the table. True progress is achievable when we unite our efforts, elevate one another, and move forward in building an equitable future for everyone to belong. #trueinclusionequalsall
